We provide a Complete Solutions on Packaging Gas & Diesel Generator Sets. Our team consists of qualified and competent engineers with packaging capabilities experiences in the generator sets business that suits all industries and application i.e. in land based, onshore or offshore application which successfully delivered, accepted in the Oil & Gas Industries. The experiences and projects completed by our engineer in the past are especially with the National Oil Company in Malaysia (i.e. PGB, PCSB, PCVL and etc.), International Oil Company (i.e. Shell, Exxon Mobil, Conoco Philip and etc.), Production Sharing Company (i.e. Murphy Oil, Nippon Oil, Talisman, Petrofac, Technip and etc.) and Drilling Company (i.e. Seadrill, Mermaid and etc) just to name a few.
We do customizing power systems design and packaging services to hazardous (Zone 2) and non-hazardous (safe) area applications in the Oil &Gas (upstream and downstream) and industrial market.

Generator Control Systems
Our state of act generator control systems is based on our accumulated experience with our continued R&D, by implementing of microprocessor (PLC) base for the generator control systems. These control system can be of independence or net working. The systems also provide with great facility and easy for customers to select either isochrones or droop operation in island mode, alternatively customers also can select isochrones, droop or isochrones/droop load sharing mode. All our generator control systems are equipped with fully automatic and manual operations, which allow customers to select the operation way as they desired.
Master Control Systems
On top of the generator control systems, we also provide the master control systems. Its function is to perform the power plant operation, which include power management, load monitoring, auto load demand, auto or manual generator start/stop command, auto or manual synchronizing of the incoming generator set, load and unload command, load add and load shedding, data collection and processing, sending data and information to Supervision Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system.
Supervision Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA)
Our SCADA systems used a reliable industrial or personal computer to operate on Windows operating platform with a power full data acquisition and control software, net working with the Generator Control Systems and Master Control Systems collecting all data and information of the power plant, and provide operators with power generator plant information in remote location. Our SCADA systems are capable to provide numerous numbers of graphic pages, and each graphic page will be carrying with different information of the power plant operation, this information are as follows:

Power Plant
We undertake in the fields of diesel and gas engine power plant, small & medium thermo plant. The power plant is also able to include a heat recovery system. Its main function is to recover heat for hot water or steam and driving the air conditional chiller or low pressure turbine. A complete service from Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Election, Testing and Commissioning – all these works are based on or mutual services of project management and design engineering department.
HV and LV Switchgear
Our manufactured HV and LV Switchgear are based on customers’ requirements in accordance with our quality procedures and standard. This is to ensure reliable products and cost effectiveness. All our products switchgear is designed in such a way that it is safe and is operable with low maintenance. To be exact, all components used for the switchgear are from reliable recognized source.
Motor Control Centers (MCC)
Our motor control center is a free-standing and has a modular design. It is subdivided into three compartments – the Busbar compartment, Equipment compartment and Cable compartment. Busbar compartment where the Main horizontal and vertical Busbar are located. Equipment compartment house all the electrical components and Cable compartment house all the terminals for cable connection. The motor control centers design can be of a draw-out or fixed versions for indoor application. Various type of starter can be housed in the motor control center are: Direct On Line starter, Forward Reverse starter, Star / Delta starter, Autotransformer starter, Soft Start Unit and Variable Frequency Drive. All the operating handle or control device are mounted on the front panel cover.
